Apply in confidence →Top-tier international law firm is seeking an associate to join its Tax practice group focused on executive compensation and employee benefits. The role is open to candidates for placement in the Washington, D.C., Boston, or New York office.
The successful candidate will work on a mix of advisory and transactional matters involving tax-qualified retirement plans, nonqualified deferred compensation, equity-based compensation, and related regulatory issues. You will collaborate with tax, employment, and corporate teams and assist with drafting, client counseling, and deal support.

- 3–6 years post-JD experience in executive compensation, employee benefits or tax-related practice
- J.D. and bar admission (as required for practice in office jurisdiction)
- Experience advising on qualified plans, nonqualified plans, executive/ equity compensation, and related tax/regulatory matters
- Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills; ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary matters
