A New York office of a leading international law firm is seeking associates to join its Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits group. The team advises public and private companies, private equity and fund clients, executives, and lenders and creditors on a full range of compensation and benefit plan matters.

The role focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits issues arising in corporate transactions and financial restructurings, together with the securities aspects of executive compensation, including public company disclosure.

Work spans matters touching M&A, bankruptcy and restructuring, corporate governance, securities, and tax compliance. This is an in-person position.

Two to three years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits
Experience with compensation and benefits matters in corporate transactions and financial restructurings
Familiarity with the securities aspects of executive compensation, including public company disclosure
Stellar academic credentials and comparable law firm experience preferred
