We are seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join a sophisticated national practice. The role centers on complex compensation and benefits matters, with significant work on transactions involving large changes in control.

The associate will advise on public and private equity transactions, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs, and financings, working closely with multidisciplinary deal teams across the platform.

Experience representing public companies on executive compensation disclosure matters is preferred. The environment is collegial and offers substantial responsibility on high-profile, bet-the-company transactions.

3–6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience
Experience with compensation and benefits issues in change-of-control transactions, including public and private equity deals, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs, and financings
Experience advising public companies on executive compensation disclosure preferred
Strong collaborative and transactional team skills
