Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate — San Francisco

A leading law firm is seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its San Francisco office. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex compensation and benefits matters, including in connection with large change-in-control transactions such as public and private equity transactions, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs, and financings.
