Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate — San Francisco

Seeking an experienced executive compensation and employee benefits associate to join a busy San Francisco practice. The role involves advising on complex compensation and benefits issues across a range of corporate transactions and restructurings.

Work will include matters related to change-in-control scenarios and integrations tied to public and private equity transactions, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs and financings. Experience advising public companies on executive compensation disclosure is preferred.

• 3–6 years' experience in executive compensation and employee benefits work
• Experience on compensation matters in the context of M&A, financings, reorganizations or bankruptcy preferred
• Familiarity with public company executive compensation disclosure strongly preferred
• Strong drafting, technical analysis and collaborative skills
