Seeking an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits associate to join a national practice in the Washington, DC office. The role focuses on complex executive compensation and employee benefits matters across transactional and restructuring contexts.

Work will include advising on compensation and benefit arrangements in connection with change-in-control situations and other transactions such as public and private equity deals, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs and financings. Candidates with experience representing public companies on executive compensation disclosure matters are especially welcome.

  • 3–6 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits at a law firm or in-house.
  • Substantive experience with compensation and benefit issues in transactional settings, including change-in-control matters.
  • Experience advising or drafting disclosures for public companies preferred.
  • Strong drafting, analytical and client-communication skills.
