Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate — Washington, DC

An established law firm seeks an Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Associate with 3–6 years of experience for its Washington, DC office. The role involves working on sophisticated compensation and benefits matters, with a significant focus on complex corporate transactions.

The associate will advise on executive compensation and benefits issues arising in large change-in-control transactions across a range of contexts, including public and private equity deals, bankruptcies, asset sales, IPOs, and financings. Experience representing public companies on executive compensation disclosure matters is preferred.
