Experienced Corporate Associate — Hong Kong

Leading global practice seeks experienced corporate lawyer to join its Hong Kong team handling cross-border transactional matters. The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate work in a busy, international environment.

Successful candidates will work closely with senior deal teams, contribute to structuring and documentation, and engage with clients and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions. The team values technical excellence, commercial judgement and collaborative work across offices.

• Qualified solicitor or advocate in Hong Kong or equivalent common-law jurisdiction, or eligible for Hong Kong admission.
• Several years' corporate transactional experience (M&A, joint ventures, or related corporate work).
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills and attention to commercial detail.
• Proven ability to work in international, team-based transactions and manage client-facing responsibilities.
