Experienced Corporate Lawyer — Amsterdam

An international, Amsterdam-based corporate team is inviting speculative applications from experienced corporate lawyers with transactional experience. The group advises on complex domestic and cross-border corporate matters across a range of sectors.

Candidates should indicate which corporate sub-practices interest them. The team offers diverse, cross-border work and collaboration with a mix of senior and junior lawyers in a highly engaged practice.

The selection process begins with an anonymous review of application materials, followed by interviews and standard pre-employment screening for shortlisted candidates.

• Qualified lawyer in the Netherlands (or equivalent) with demonstrable corporate/transactional experience
• Proven experience on transactional matters (M&A, joint ventures or related corporate work)
• Strong drafting and commercial judgment; comfortable working on cross-border matters
• Fluent in Dutch and English; excellent teamwork and communication skills
