Finance Associate – Lending

We are seeking a mid-senior level Finance Associate with sponsor or lender-side experience to join our Finance & Banking practice in Palo Alto.

The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm representing lenders (investment and commercial banks, business development companies or other providers of debt financing) and/or borrowers (including private equity sponsors) in sophisticated financings for acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations and other corporate finance transactions.

• Mid to senior level associate with finance experience
• Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in sophisticated financings
• Background in acquisitions, buyouts, restructurings, special situations and other corporate finance transactions
• Experience at a peer firm preferred
