Join a market-leading Housing & Transition Finance team advising housing associations, registered providers, lenders and investors on complex, high-value financings. The group works across social housing, education and healthcare financings, bond and private placement work, syndicated and bilateral lending, sustainability-linked structures and other innovative funding solutions.

The role is open in Leeds or London and offers substantial exposure to transition finance across asset classes such as renewables, digital infrastructure, large-scale real-estate retrofit and other climate-aligned projects. You will work on transactions spanning the UK and international markets and support clients on wholesale financing, product development and regulatory engagement.

Qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in finance or banking transactions
Proven experience on social housing financings, bond/private placement or large-scale lending transactions
Strong drafting skills and comfortable working with LMA-style documentation and bespoke facilities
Client-facing, collaborative and commercially minded with an interest in transition and sustainability-linked finance
