Seeking experienced restructuring lawyers to join a global consultancy panel delivering interim assignments across complex domestic and cross‑border restructurings and distressed-debt matters. Roles are typically six months or more and include secondments to financial institutions, fund-led desk roles and integrated team placements on special situations work.

Candidates will be deployed on high‑profile, fast‑moving mandates where they must hit the ground running, provide pragmatic commercial advice and work closely with senior stakeholders. The programme provides access to firm resources, training and professional support while allowing consultants to control the timing and type of assignments they accept.

Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification experience in restructuring and insolvency
At least 2 years’ private practice experience at a recognised restructuring practice
Proven experience on cross-border restructurings, distressed lending or distressed-debt work
Strong commercial judgement, client-facing skills and project management ability
UK practising certificate (or equivalent) and right to reside and work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
