Finance Partner — Washington, D.C.

Senior finance partner role within a well-established national finance practice, based in Washington, D.C. The opening will lead and expand the practice’s private credit and banking work across regional and national borrowers and lenders.

The partner will work with a multidisciplinary team on complex credit transactions, structured financings and related regulatory matters. The role suits a rainmaker who can both originate new business and mentor senior associates.

• Established partner-level track record in banking/finance transactions, with significant private credit experience
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and demonstrable client origination and relationship-management skills
