Lateral Partner — Restructuring & Finance, Washington

Seeking a partner to join a well-established restructuring and finance practice in Washington, D.C. The role will focus on growing lender-side high-yield and distressed-debt capabilities while also expanding debtor-side bankruptcy and restructuring work.

The successful candidate will join a national practice with significant transactional and restructuring matters, contribute to team leadership, and play a central role in originating and managing client engagements.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy/restructuring and high-yield or distressed-debt matters
• Proven business development and client relationship record
• Admissions/licensing appropriate for Washington practice and ability to work on cross-jurisdictional matters
