A leading law firm's Financial Restructuring group is seeking a highly qualified associate or counsel to join its New York office. The team advises across the full spectrum of complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings, representing debtors, creditors, investors and other stakeholders.

The role offers sophisticated, high-stakes work within a collaborative deal team, with the opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility across multiple concurrent matters. The successful candidate will communicate directly with clients and colleagues and play an integral part in driving transactions forward.

3–6 years of restructuring experience, including at least 3 years at a leading law firm
Significant experience representing debtors, creditors, investors and/or other stakeholders in complex in-court and out-of-court restructurings
Strong analytical and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and work collaboratively within a sophisticated deal team
Effective communicator with clients and colleagues
