Seeking a mid-level associate (3–5 years) to join a securities litigation team based in San Francisco or Silicon Valley. The role involves representing corporate and individual clients in high-stakes securities disputes and regulatory matters.

Work will focus on securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits, merger-related litigation, and related investigatory and regulatory proceedings. The team handles complex civil and regulatory matters and offers broad exposure to trial and appellate advocacy and engagement with governmental regulators.

J.D. from an accredited law school
Admission to the California bar (active or eligible)
3–5 years of experience in securities litigation, class actions, or related regulatory investigations
Experience with securities-related disputes and interactions with federal/state enforcement agencies
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
