An opportunity exists to join a highly regarded financial services practice representing major financial market participants. You will represent leading hedge funds, commercial banks, international banks and investment banks in the structuring, execution and trading of complex derivatives, structured financial products and structured note programs.

You will be part of an integrated derivatives, funds and regulatory practice, working closely with tax, ERISA, structured finance and financial restructuring teams. This environment will build fluency in the fundamental economic and legal building blocks of multi-disciplinary derivatives transactions.

The team offers immediate and extensive client contact, engagement in all phases of deals, and broad exposure to a diverse scope of transactions and clients. You will develop a deep understanding of global financial markets while delivering high-profile legal services.

Strong written, interpersonal and oral communication skills
Financial background with quantitative skills preferred
Creative thinker able to perform under pressure
J.D. from a U.S. law school (or expected for Class of 2021)
New York Bar admission (unless Class of 2021)
