Fund Finance Staff Attorney - New York

A leading international law firm's Fund Finance Group represents financial institutions that provide financing to private equity funds. The team is seeking a staff attorney to support its New York practice.

Working closely with senior deal team members, you will review and respond to diligence questions on private equity fund organizational documents, including limited partnership agreements and investor side letters. You will also draft documentation memorializing loans to private equity funds and the security pledged in support of those loans.

The role calls for strong time-management skills and the ability to handle responsibilities across multiple engagements simultaneously.

• Experience in fund finance or transactional finance
• Familiarity with private equity fund organizational documents, including limited partnership agreements and side letters
• Strong drafting and document-review skills
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple matters concurrently
