We are seeking civil litigation attorneys with at least three years of experience to join a nationally recognized Agriculture & Food Law practice group. This team handles complex matters nationwide, with a particular focus on agricultural chemical, crop protection, food law, product liability, toxic tort, commercial, and related litigation.

The role offers the opportunity to participate in all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and client counseling. Attorneys work closely with clients, experts, and litigation teams across multiple jurisdictions, and the position may require occasional travel to support nationwide matters. At least three years of civil litigation experience
Licensed and admitted to practice in Tennessee
Admission in one or more additional states highly desirable, particularly for nationwide litigation support
Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
Strong academic credentials and demonstrated research ability
Self-starter capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision
Trial experience preferred but not required
