Foreign-Qualified Corporate Lawyer (Cross-Border) — Tokyo

A leading international law firm is seeking foreign-qualified lawyers to join its Tokyo office and support cross-border corporate work. The role sits within an active international practice and involves advising on cross-border matters for a diverse client base.

Applicants with legal qualifications from jurisdictions outside Japan — including across Europe, the Americas, Asia and greater China — are invited to apply on a rolling basis. Positions are available periodically across the firm's Tokyo and other international offices.

This is an opportunity to work on cross-border transactions within a substantial, multi-office platform while based in Tokyo.

• Qualified to practise law in a jurisdiction outside Japan
