Our client, a leading global law firm, seeks a mid-level associate (3–5 years of experience) to join its Franchise and Distribution Practice. This role is available in multiple U.S. offices and offers the opportunity to work with leading and emerging brands on sophisticated cross-border transactional matters.

The practice advises clients on franchise program development, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, international expansion strategies, and franchise-related mergers and acquisitions. Associates will gain exposure to complex transactions across numerous industries, with significant opportunities for direct client contact and professional growth.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate, and/or licensing matters
Franchise experience preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and willingness to take on significant responsibility in a fast-paced environment
Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and attention-to-detail skills
