Growing fund services team seeking a 2–6 year associate experienced in fund formation to join its New York office. The group represents leading venture capital and growth equity sponsors across the U.S. and internationally and advises throughout the full fund lifecycle.

The role focuses on structuring, formation and operation of investment funds and supporting sponsor-side work; experience representing funds on investment activities is a plus. The team is collaborative and client-focused and offers mentorship and significant transactional exposure.

2–6 years of fund formation experience (PQE)
Experience structuring, forming and operating investment funds and advising sponsors
Background at a national or international law firm preferred
Strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
