General Corporate Associate — Corporate (1-2 years)

Seeking a junior corporate associate to join a nationally recognized U.S. corporate practice. The role offers exposure to matters for entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and established companies, with a focus on technology, life sciences and other high-growth sectors.

Associates will work on a mix of public and private company matters, including financings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate work. This is a multi-office U.S. hiring covering Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia among other locations.

• 1–2 years of corporate transactional experience (PQE).
• Experience with financings, M&A and general corporate matters for high-growth companies.
• Prior experience in the corporate department of a national or international law firm preferred.
• Strong academic record from an accredited law school.
