Global Finance Junior Associate (2nd–3rd Year)

Our Global Finance team in New York is seeking a junior associate with two to three years of experience to join a rapidly growing practice. The role focuses on executing complex finance transactions and credit arrangements for a diverse client base, including leading bank and non-bank lenders and private debt funds.

• Experience in complex finance transactions and credit arrangements
• Admission to practice law in New York and in good standing
• Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience required

This position offers a competitive compensation package, with an anticipated annual salary range of $235,000–$260,000, commensurate with experience and other relevant factors.
