California-licensed litigation group is seeking Habitability / Unlawful Detainer Attorneys to join a large national practice with flexible and remote work arrangements. The team handles high-volume and complex eviction and habitability matters across California under the guidance of experienced trial counsel.

Ideal candidates will have courtroom experience, strong litigation writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage matters with limited supervision.   • Licensed to practice law in California and resident in California
  • Minimum ~2 years’ PQE with experience in habitability, unlawful detainer, eviction, or related landlord-tenant litigation
  • Strong courtroom/trial exposure, motion practice, and discovery experience
  • Excellent legal research, written advocacy, and oral advocacy skills; self-starter and team player
