Mid- to senior-level litigation associate opportunity in a busy Sacramento litigation team. The role involves handling complex civil litigation matters across state and federal courts, including dispositive motions, class certification, writs and appeals, with exposure to clients across industries.

Successful candidates will contribute to all phases of litigation—legal research and brief writing, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation—and will assist with mentoring junior lawyers and managing case workflow. Experience mentoring junior associates and managing case teams; good standing with the CA State Bar; law review preferred
