Healthcare Associate or Counsel — Los Angeles

A national law firm is seeking a Healthcare Associate or Counsel to join its Los Angeles office. The role will advise healthcare industry clients on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters within a team that handles complex client work across the sector.

The successful candidate will work on a mix of client counseling and deal-related matters, collaborating with partners and other practice groups. This position offers a competitive salary range for Los Angeles and a standard benefits package.

Los Angeles salary range (good-faith estimate): $300,000 to $350,000; additional contingent compensation may be available based on performance and other factors.

• Juris Doctor and active California bar admission (or eligibility to waive/obtain admission)
• Experience advising healthcare clients on regulatory, compliance or transactional matters
• Strong drafting, analytical and oral communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on fast-paced, client-facing matters
