Healthcare & Medical Malpractice Attorney — Los Angeles

Seeking an associate-level attorney to join a full-service national law firm’s healthcare practice in Los Angeles. The role focuses on defending healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings, with an emphasis on medical malpractice and professional liability matters.

The successful candidate will handle drafting and responding to pleadings and discovery, prepare and argue motions, and take and defend depositions. This is an opportunity to join a large, collaborative healthcare team and develop a litigation-focused practice.

• Admission to practice in California
• 1–15 years of litigation experience; medical malpractice defense experience preferred
• Experience drafting pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and taking/defending depositions
• Strong writing, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
