A nationally recognized healthcare practice is seeking a Healthcare Transactions Associate to join its deal teams. The role involves advising clients on healthcare and legal management services organization transactions, and offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team on sophisticated matters across the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence, coordinating specialist review, and supervising junior associates. The position is open across the firm's offices, with a preference for candidates based in Nashville, Chicago, or Houston.

2–6 years of general corporate and M&A experience
Healthcare transactions experience strongly preferred
Private practice or law firm experience preferred; private equity experience a plus
In-house candidates with relevant transactional experience will be considered
Strong drafting, negotiation, organizational, and project management skills
Sound judgment, close attention to detail, and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced transactional environment
Strong academic background with immediately transferable corporate/M&A skills
Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state of residence
