Mid-level associate role in a major New York IP litigation team handling high‑technology patent matters. The role focuses on district court patent litigation with recommended experience before the International Trade Commission and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Ideal for candidates with a technical background (electrical/computer/mechanical engineering, physics or similar) and patent litigation experience who are ready to take on substantive briefing, discovery and oral advocacy responsibilities on complex, high‑stakes matters.

• 3–5 years of patent litigation experience (district court experience required)
• Technical background in electrical/computer engineering, mechanical engineering, physics or similar
• Patent Bar admission required
• Experience with ITC and PTAB proceedings strongly preferred; superior academic credentials and strong oral/written skills
