Technology Transactions Associate — Technology

Seeking a mid-level technology transactions attorney to join a national technology-focused practice. The role focuses on commercial technology deals and intellectual property licensing across software, cloud/hosting, AI deployments, partnering and distribution arrangements.

This position is transactional (not IP litigation or prosecution) and may include counseling on privacy, compliance and emerging AI regulatory matters. The team serves a mix of emerging companies and established enterprise clients in a collaborative, talent-development environment.

• 3-5 years post-qualification transactional experience in technology transactions and IP licensing
• Proven drafting and negotiation skills for complex licensing, software, cloud/hosting and AI-related agreements
• Experience advising on transactional privacy/compliance or regulatory issues (including AI-related regulation) preferred
• Strong commercial judgment, project management, and ability to work independently and in teams
