A leading national law firm is seeking a Housing Management Solicitor (2–5 PQE) to join its highly regarded North West real estate litigation team. The team acts for a broad range of registered providers, housing associations, local authorities and social landlords across the UK, and is recognised in the sector for combining technical litigation excellence with proactive, data-driven risk management.

The role is predominantly contentious, suited to a solicitor who can manage their own caseload of housing management and anti-social behaviour matters. You will represent residential landlords on a wide range of issues, provide advocacy where appropriate, and support the wider team while helping to develop more junior members.

You will work closely with a senior, Chambers Band 1-ranked housing management lawyer known for a leading contentious practice, particularly in possession proceedings, disrepair and anti-social behaviour matters. 2–5 years PQE with experience of housing management litigation
Knowledge of anti-social behaviour, possession proceedings, tenancy enforcement, injunctions and disrepair matters
Confident managing your own caseload and advocating for clients where appropriate
Flexible, commercial approach to problem-solving
Strong communication, client relationship and organisational skills
Excellent IT and time management abilities; able to meet strict deadlines and targets
Motivated, driven and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
