Immigration Lawyer — Immigration, Toronto

Experienced immigration lawyer opportunity in a busy Toronto office of a global immigration practice. The role focuses on business immigration for corporate clients, preparing petitions and applications, advising on eligibility, and supporting immigration program management and compliance.

This is a team-oriented role with regular collaboration across global mobility teams and paralegal staff. The team uses dedicated technology and client systems; the position follows a hybrid schedule (approx. 2 days in-office, 3 days remote).

• Called to the Canadian bar with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in immigration law
• Proven ability to manage a broad caseload in a fast-paced environment and to assess eligibility and case strategy
• Experience preparing petitions/applications for government agencies and working with global mobility teams
• Comfortable with online research tools, client management systems and supervising/paralegal oversight
