Join a global in-house legal team as a mid-senior level counsel focused on supplier engagement and strategic technology contracts. The role centres on advising on supplier terms, due diligence and onboarding for technology suppliers, and improving supplier-related processes and controls.

You will contribute to AI governance and work closely with regulatory, IT and information security colleagues on responsible AI onboarding. The role includes advising on data protection queries, supporting business change and commercial risk management, and supervising more junior in-house lawyers.

  • Qualified Solicitor (or overseas equivalent) with ~4 years post-qualification experience.
  • Proven experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology contracts and supporting supplier onboarding.
  • Experience or interest in AI governance, privacy/GDPR and cyber risk advisory work.
  • Strong commercial judgement, stakeholder management skills and ability to prioritise workflow under pressure; private practice experience preferred.
  • Proficient with standard office applications and document management systems.
