In‑House Lawyer — Real Estate & Planning

Experienced real estate lawyer sought to join a national practice advising on land use, planning and commercial leasing across multiple UK offices. The role will involve transactional work, planning applications and regulatory advice for a range of public- and private-sector clients.

This is a hands‑on in‑house facing role that requires strong drafting, stakeholder management and pragmatic commercial judgment. The post is open across several UK locations and will suit a candidate comfortable working with cross‑office teams and varied matters.

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent UK qualification
• Proven experience in real estate transactions, planning/land use and commercial leasing
• Strong drafting and project-management skills; able to work with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience advising public-sector or corporate clients preferred; in‑house or firm-side experience acceptable
