Insurance Coverage Associate — Dallas

Leading insurance coverage team seeks an associate to join its Dallas litigation practice. The role focuses on defending insurance clients in complex coverage disputes, with emphasis on first-party claims and bad-faith litigation.

Responsibilities include managing all phases of litigation: taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, attending hearings, participating in expert inspections and report preparation, and opportunities to try cases. The team handles matters across the United States and internationally.

Texas Bar admission required.

• 3+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience (PQE)
• Substantial experience with first-party coverage disputes, including breach of contract and bad-faith claims
• Proven litigation skills: depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial participation
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical abilities
• Texas Bar required
