Insurance Coverage Associate — Dallas

Seeking an insurance coverage associate to join a national insurance litigation team in the Dallas office. The role focuses on first-party coverage matters, including breach of contract and bad‑faith litigation, and involves handling cases from discovery through trial.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include managing litigation dockets, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings, drafting and arguing motions, and participating in expert inspections and report preparation. The team represents insurers across a range of coverage lines and offers opportunities for courtroom work.

• Minimum 3 years of insurance coverage litigation experience (PQE)
• Proven experience with first‑party claims, breach of contract and bad‑faith litigation
• Track record handling depositions, motion practice, and participation in expert discovery; trial experience a plus
• Strong research, drafting and analytical skills
• Admission to the Texas Bar required
