Insurance Coverage Associate — Philadelphia

Seeking an insurance coverage associate to join a busy insurance practice in the Philadelphia office of a national law firm. The team handles coverage disputes for insurers across first-party property and general liability lines, with work spanning declaratory-judgment actions, mediations, and arbitration.

The role combines insurance-coverage analysis and opinion work with active litigation responsibilities. Successful candidates will work on coverage opinions, participate in discovery, take depositions, attend court hearings, and draft and argue motions in state and federal courts.

• 3-5 years' post-qualification experience handling insurance coverage and related litigation matters
• Experience preparing coverage opinions for first-party property and general liability claims preferred
• Proven litigation experience: taking depositions, attending hearings, drafting and arguing motions
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Admission to the Philadelphia bar (required)
