Insurance Coverage Associate — Remote (Texas)

Seeking an associate with 3–5 years of insurance coverage experience to join a national insurance practice. The role focuses on coverage analysis, preparing coverage opinions, and litigating first- and third-party coverage and bad-faith claims. Candidates located in Texas may work remotely.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling coverage litigation tasks such as taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong legal research and writing skills and excellent academic credentials are required.

• 3–5 years of insurance coverage experience (including coverage opinions and litigation)
• Licensed to practice in Texas
• Litigation experience: depositions, court conferences, motion drafting/arguing
• Strong research, analytical and writing skills; solid academic record
• Experience with first- and third-party claims and bad-faith matters preferred
