A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced insurance coverage attorney to join its Seattle office. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a collaborative team.

The successful candidate will work closely with an attorney whose practice focuses on complex insurance coverage and bad faith litigation in both state and federal courts, spanning commercial general liability, directors and officers, errors and omissions, commercial auto liability, excess casualty, and environmental coverage.

Responsibilities include analyzing and drafting coverage opinions, representing clients in coverage litigation matters, maintaining clear and professional communication with clients and carriers, and ensuring timely and high-quality work across all assignments.

Active license to practice law in Washington State
At least 3–5 years of experience in insurance coverage law
Strong background in third-party coverage, including drafting coverage opinions and handling coverage litigation
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
Oregon admission is a plus
