At least five years of relevant insurance coverage experience
Strong litigation background
Experience with bad faith and analyzing coverage issues
Experience drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions
Experience conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation
Admitted and in good standing in the state of application; additional state admissions a plus
Experience taking and defending depositions, attending court conferences, or arguing motions is helpful but not required
