The role involves representing insurers in coverage disputes and advising insurance companies across a range of coverage matters. The position is full-time and permanent, offered on a hybrid working pattern.

At least two years of strong litigation experience
Experience analyzing coverage issues and drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions
Experience conducting discovery in insurance coverage litigation
Deposition experience (taking and defending) preferred
Experience attending court conferences and arguing motions preferred
Admitted and in good standing in Washington; additional state admissions a plus
