Insurance Coverage Attorney — Seattle

Growing international insurance practice seeks an insurance coverage attorney to join its Seattle litigation team. The role focuses on representing insurers in coverage disputes and providing coverage opinions across a range of matters as the office expands in the Pacific Northwest.

The position offers hands-on litigation work: drafting coverage analyses and pleadings, preparing and defending depositions, conducting discovery, and arguing motions. The team handles both national and cross-border insurance coverage matters within a collaborative, resourced practice.

• Minimum 2 years' litigation experience with exposure to insurance coverage issues
• Experience drafting coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions; conducting discovery
• Experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions preferred
• Admission and good standing in Washington required; additional state admissions a plus
