Leading national law firm seeks an experienced Insurance Coverage partner to join its Houston office. The role focuses on evaluating insurance coverage issues and handling coverage opinions and litigation across first-party property and general liability matters.

The position requires courtroom and litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending hearings, and drafting and arguing dispositive and discovery motions. The team represents insurers, reinsurers, and other insurance-industry clients in mediations, arbitrations, and declaratory-relief litigation in state and federal courts.

8–15 years insurance coverage experience (first-party property and general liability focus)
Proven litigation experience: depositions, hearings, motion practice
Strong legal research and writing skills
Admission to the Texas Bar required
