At least 2 years of strong litigation experience
Experience proposing litigation strategy and communicating with clients and opposing counsel
Drafting reports, pleadings, discovery and motions
Taking and defending depositions and arguing motions
Experience participating in mediations and trials
Admitted and in good standing in California; additional state admissions a plus
