At least 2 years of strong litigation experience
Experience proposing litigation strategy and communicating with clients and opposing counsel
Skilled in drafting reports, pleadings, discovery, and motions
Experience taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations and trials
Admitted and in good standing in California
Additional state admissions a plus
