We are seeking skilled and motivated associates with two to four years of experience to join a dynamic Intellectual Property Litigation practice. The role is open in any U.S. office, with much of the team concentrated in Southern California, the Bay Area, and East Coast locations.

Associates will handle a range of IP matters, including patent and trade secret disputes, and will work on some of the most challenging competitor-versus-competitor cases. The practice has a strong track record in demanding venues and before key tribunals, including the ITC and the PTAB, and is consistently recognized among the top IP practices nationally.

Two to four years of intellectual property litigation experience, including patent and/or trade secret matters
Excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills
Ability to work independently, with strong academic credentials, initiative, and a solid work ethic
Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent preferred
Admission to the State Bar of the office location required
