Intellectual Property Associate — Technology

Join a national intellectual property practice handling technology-focused patent work. The role involves patent prosecution and patent litigation matters, working with teams across multiple U.S. offices.

This position is open to candidates based in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto or Washington, D.C., and will collaborate closely with attorneys across offices on complex, technology-driven matters.

Applicants should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and (if applicable) graduate transcripts as part of the hiring process.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar admission (or pending admission)
• Registration with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (or eligibility to register)
• Experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation involving technology matters
• Strong academic record and excellent drafting, analytic, and teamwork skills
