Seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join a national IP practice handling patent prosecution and patent litigation matters. The role offers exposure to cutting‑edge technology matters and collaboration with experienced IP litigators and prosecutors across offices.

This position is open to candidates across multiple U.S. offices, including Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C. Candidates should expect a mix of drafting and counseling work, patent drafting and prosecution, and litigation support.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission or eligibility to be admitted
Background or demonstrated experience in patent prosecution and/or patent litigation (technology focus)
Strong drafting and research skills; ability to manage filings and litigation tasks
Willingness to work collaboratively across offices and handle matters for sophisticated clients
