Leading full-service international law firm seeking an Intellectual Property Associate to join a busy IP practice focused on technology matters. The role involves work on both patent prosecution and patent litigation alongside experienced IP practitioners.

Positions are open across multiple U.S. offices (Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto and Washington, D.C.). The team advises clients at the intersection of technology, government and business on complex, high‑profile matters.

Candidates should be prepared to submit law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts as part of the application process.

JD from an accredited law school and admission (or eligibility) to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Experience with patent prosecution and/or patent litigation involving technology clients
Strong legal research, writing and oral advocacy skills; ability to work collaboratively on teams
Willingness to be based in any of the listed U.S. offices and to work on cross‑office matters
Submission of law school, undergraduate and graduate transcripts required
