IP Litigation Associate — Washington, D.C.

Leading international litigation team is seeking associates to join its Intellectual Property litigation practice in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on patent litigation matters across trial and appellate forums for sophisticated technology clients.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, hands-on patent litigation experience and technical training. The team handles district-court, CAFC and PTAB matters; candidates should be comfortable with motion practice, discovery, and case strategy.

• Law school graduation or class years 2019 022 with top academic credentials
• Documented patent/IP litigation experience (district court, appellate or PTAB matters)
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, computer science, or a closely related technical discipline preferred (e.g. EE, CS, ME, ChemE, BioE)
• Clerkship experience at the CAFC or similar appellate experience preferred; PTAB experience a plus
