An established intellectual property disputes practice is seeking a junior to midlevel associate to join its team. The role is open across multiple offices nationwide, offering flexibility in location.

The successful candidate will handle a range of intellectual property disputes, including patent litigation, trade secrets, and copyright matters. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes IP litigation within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

• 1–5 years of large law firm experience
