A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Litigation Associate to join its growing IP Litigation Practice Group. This is a multi-office opportunity available across several U.S. locations.

The role involves handling complex copyright and trademark litigation matters in federal courts nationwide, and possibly before the PTAB. The practice sits within a collaborative, dynamic environment with a strong industry focus.

Four to six years of copyright and trademark litigation experience
JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
Ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency
Strong communication and writing skills
Experience with written discovery, invalidity and infringement claim charts, brief writing, depositions, experts, trial preparation, or appellate work
