Interim Advocaat - Real Estate, Amsterdam

Interim role in a busy Real Estate team in Amsterdam, joining from day one to work on commercial leasing matters and a range of property transactions. The role involves drafting and reviewing transactional documentation, supporting lease litigation and transactional workflows, and liaising with domestic and international clients.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across specialties (notarials, tax, finance) on cross‑disciplinary and cross‑border matters, in an informal team focused on high quality, pragmatic advice. The team handles commercial property types including offices, retail, logistics, hospitality and sustainable energy projects.

• Master in Dutch law and admission as an advocaat (Netherlands)
• Proven experience in real estate transactions and Dutch lease law
• Ability to manage files independently, with strong attention to detail
• Fluent Dutch and English; comfortable working in an international environment
• Proactive, structured and client‑focused team player
